At different swing nodes, the indicator rod points to a fixed point, allowing the body to reach it and form habitual movements and positions. At the same time, by setting of the extended indicator rod to touch or not touch one side of the body during the swing, the body is forced to rotate to swing instead of using too much hands and arms.
