This golf swing Versatile Ball trainer helps you to synchronize upper body with arms effectively. By swing with the ball without deforming it, you can correct the way of your golf swing by using body. Also it can be used between wrists for over-use-hands players.

 

With an elastic hook and loop band, the hooked ball can be easily attached to the band. And that nylon hask and prevent the ball from falling to the ground during your practice. Challenge to practice without the nylon hask when you think you are improved.

 

  • Method 1: Synchronize arm and body movements

Set the ball between your forearm and chest, If you try to lift your hands on backswing, you may over-squeeze the ball, or the ball will slide off. You aim is to hold the ball with proper force.

 

  • Method 2: Suppress Swing Without Lifting the Right Elbow

Set the ball between your right arm and chest, keeping the contact of the ball with chest during whole golf swing, this can effectively prevent excessive swing casued by right arm leaving the body, or "flying elbow".

 

  • Method 3: Prevent excessive use of hands

Set the elastic belt on the upper part of forearm, fix the nylon hasp on the ball,and put the ball between 2 wrists to practice swing. Once you get used to the ball between wrists, you can get rid of the nylon hasp by positioning the elastic betl on the left wrist, and put the ball directly on the belt to practice with.

 

  • Method 4: Suppress Excessive Swing

Set the ball at the upper part of right elblow, this can prevent elbow from bending too much at the top of backswing, helping create a powerful angle for downswing shot.
